Our Story
The journey began when the founder discovered the potential of MSMEs that were passionately striving to preserve noodles made from local ingredients, amid the rapid spread of noodles made from imported wheat. This spirit later grew into Lokality’s big dream, together with farmers and MSMEs, to present the best gluten-free noodles that are healthy and sustainable.

This journey then came under the umbrella of PT Lokal Komoditi Indonesia, which develops two brands with the same vision. Lokality serves as a platform for exploring local food and commodities, while Freemie represents the innovation of healthy and sustainable gluten-free noodles made from local ingredients.
